By using any game or service provided by Viga Works AB ("we", "us"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our games or services.

Our games

Our games are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do our best to make them work well, but we cannot guarantee they will be free of bugs or available at all times.

Acceptable use

When using our games and services, you agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble our games
• Use our games for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' data
• Distribute modified copies of our games

Intellectual property

All content in our games — including graphics, audio, code, and design — is owned by Viga Works AB or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute this content outside of normal game use.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Viga Works AB shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our games or services. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific game in question.

In-app purchases

Some games may offer in-app purchases. All purchases are processed by the platform provider (e.g., Google Play) and are subject to their refund policies. We do not store payment information.

Changes to services

We may update, modify, or discontinue any game or service at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes, but we are not obligated to maintain any particular game or feature indefinitely.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our games after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Gothenburg, Sweden.
